Privacy and data use

This notice describes how the live MintNations service handles public wallet information, launch details, uploaded content and operational records.

Who operates MintNations

Mint Nations by FST Technologies. Operated by FST TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a Florida limited liability company. For data questions, contact FSTYKTtechnologies@gmail.com.

Launch details and wallet information

The launch flow processes your public wallet address, selected country, token name, ticker, description, image and signed messages. Draft records are saved to support ownership checks and launch recovery. The transaction journal stores reviewed and signed transactions, signatures and final receipts to avoid duplicate submissions. This flow does not request your wallet seed phrase or private key.

A draft identifier is stored in this browser’s local storage so you can resume. Clearing browser storage removes that browser reference, not the saved draft or blockchain record.

Images can become public before launch

Uploading a token image publishes it to the public asset host before the coin is launched. Metadata is published during launch preparation. Cancelling the launch does not automatically remove uploaded images. Do not upload confidential information or material you lack permission to publish.

On-chain records, wallet addresses and transactions are public. Other people may copy published images, metadata and blockchain data. MintNations cannot erase the blockchain or copies held by others.

Services that receive requests

The public website is served at mintnations.com through Sites hosting. The launch API and public blockchain feeds use devnet.mintnations.com on DigitalOcean; the hostname is retained for infrastructure and does not mean the launcher uses test funds. Token assets load from assets.mintnations.com. Signed draft messages and launch recovery records are stored on the project server. My Holdings sends the public address you choose directly to the Solana mainnet RPC service when you request standard SPL and Token-2022 balances. These network services receive connection information such as your IP address. Phantom handles wallet connection and signing under its own policies.

Hosted tracking also queries blockchain RPC providers, including Helius, for public coin, transaction and holder evidence. The project stores that evidence, ranking history, cutoff snapshots, fee attribution, allocation records and settlement journals for accounting and recovery. Public feeds expose selected coin data, collection transaction links and the largest eligible holder’s public wallet address; raw private settlement journals and signer keys are not public feeds.

Clicking a Pump, explorer or other external link opens a separate provider. Support email is handled through Gmail. Hosted recovery uses encrypted offsite backups in DigitalOcean Spaces in its SFO3 region. Operational alerts use Telegram and Healthchecks.io; these are used for service monitoring, not as a channel for wallet secrets.

Retention and requests

Saved launch drafts and transaction journals currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Unused expired draft challenges are removed when a new challenge is created; used challenges remain. The inspected offsite backup implementation does not automatically delete old objects. Hosted launch databases, published assets and website files are included in the existing encrypted recovery snapshots; an upload, download and restore check passed on September 29, 2026. The current asset server logs requests, including connection and request information. Its nginx logs are configured to rotate daily with 14 rotated files retained; empty logs do not rotate, so this is not a guarantee of deletion after 14 calendar days. System logs also exist, and the system journal has no explicit age-based retention setting. The nginx rotation settings were rechecked on September 29, 2026 for the hosted devnet application. These historical checks do not establish a current deletion guarantee.

You can email a question or request about your data. Include only the relevant public wallet address or draft reference; never send wallet secrets. Deleting locally held information cannot reverse a transaction or guarantee removal from third-party systems. Contact us to exercise applicable data rights; identity or ownership verification may be needed to process a request.
